For centuries, women of color have been underestimated, undervalued, and their talent and beauty taken for granted. Black women are the most educated demographic in the United States, and yet are the least compensated for their work. Women of color are leaders in their communities and yet receive the least support.

The Radical Praxis purpose is to uplift and empower women of color in all aspects of their lives so that they can succeed and thrive—by their own definition and not by the confines of the rest of what the world expects of them.
